Deeply release, deeply relax. This restorative class is intended to allow your body to truly release, relax and surrender. Sarah uses 3 blankets, 1 bolster and 2 blocks. Alternatively, a chair can be used in place of the bolster and blocks, along with an eye pillow or towel to cover the eyes during each restorative pose. A true treat for relaxing the body and mind.
