    This class is great for anyone looking for deep relaxation. You'll deeply stretch in 4 specific poses to focus on full body release and ultimate relaxation. Suggestions are provided for at-home props that you have handy (no fancy props needed).

    An express flow class that focuses on abs and arms! This sequence will have you stepping off your mat feeling your best, physically and mentally. Suitable for all llevels.
