Enjoy flowing sequences, linking breath to movement, strengthening poses, elongating stretches and relaxation. Classes will also focus on common postures and transitions, alignment, breath work to round out your practice.

  • Heart Opening Flow with Gina

    Enjoy a refreshing and soothing flow class focused on heart-opening poses, flowing postures, stretches and guided relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

  • Connection and Strength with Gina

    Connect with what matters most, yourself. This refreshing flow will move and stretch you out, along with providing an underlying theme of connection. Crow pose is invited at the end, but is 100% optional. Suitable for all levels.

  • Core and Back Foundations with Amanda

    A foundational flow class where we will tap into proper alignment and focus on our core and back. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

  • Slow Flow with Michaella

    Enjoy a refreshing and gentle flow focused on soothing movements, relaxing stretches and whole body re-centering as we link breath to movement. Suitable for all levels.
